I planned to breastfeed exclusively, but I wanted to have a manual pump just in case needed to pump. Since I wasn’t planning to use it very much I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. This pump was cheaper than most of the other manual pumps so I went for it. Mistake! After just a few and by few I mean three the seal broke and it no longer had enough suction. After getting frustrated with it I went and bought an Avent Isis. It was totally worth the extra $15.

This pump was not good at all!! It was the cheaper pump, I had a playtex manuel pump that I absolutely loved but the handle broke so I tried this pump. There was not enough suction, the milk leaked, finally I just called playtex customer service for a replacement part since you can not return this product but complete waste of money!!

I bought this pump from a retail store. It has a sticker saying not to return it to the store if you have problem. After two days of pumping it no longer retracts. I called the 1-800 number and they said that they would send me another one and that they would like me to send the defective one back. It took over seven days to get the new pump. only to have the same thing happen with the new pump. My review for this product is do not waste your money on it. It is a waste of valuable time and money.
