Unlike another reviewer I had immediate let down and pumped 10oz in 10 minutes. The pump is a little noisy - but I have yet to see an affordable QUIET pump. It comes with quite a few extra's. This also states that there is no battery power - when there is. Perhaps there has been an update since this site opened. So far I am very happy with this pump.
