I love this pump! It’s comfortable and convenient! It makes pumping really easily. I think if I would go back though, I would buy a double. Seems like it would be more effective.

4.3
I use the miPump at home for minor expressions, e.g. short trips out where breastfeeding may not be an option. The miPump cup is a soft plastic and comfortable. But the plastic is opaque and so it’s somewhat hard to see when my milk actually stops (a very minor complaint). The level of power/suction seems fine; it does the job although it can seem like slow-going if you’re pumping a lot of milk (the bottle holds just over 5-ounces) or pumping both breasts. It is a bit noisy and I noticed that the small unit will “travel” on a smooth, hard surface (so don’t put it near the edge of a table)! I like that it’s so small and portable–it would easily fit in a medium-sized purse, an overnight bag, etc. Let the pump run for a few minutes after pumping and it’ll dry out the inside of the tubes. In hindsight, I, too, probably would’ve gotten the double pump, just because it’s faster.
