I have a great supply, but was never able to get any milk from this pump. After ten minutes trying I thought I had carpel tunnel syndrome because my hand hurt so much. It's also a difficult pump to clean and assemble. I've tried several other hand pumps with my first baby and never had a problem getting milk, so this was a huge disappointment and waste of money. Also it is a manual and may not pump as a much as a double electric... it works just fine if you don't have to pump a lot of milk.
